This learning portal was developed to share our placemaking and sustainability experience and knowledge with students, educators and industry peers alike. In the place creation journey of PLQ, we have learnt a lot and applied new learnings from our global projects which are best suited for the local context and community in Singapore and Paya Lebar. The Design & Technology syllabus of Singapore’s secondary school was also studied and the case studies we have created are mapped against the design process model the students learn in school. This helps students understand application of their school learning in the real world. Our consultants who were working alongside also contributed towards the content for this learning portal.
